Kelly is a trauma-informed consultant, occupational therapy assistant, and 500-hour certified yoga educator. As the founder of Embodied Healing and Circle of Life Yoga, she is dedicated to reshaping how we understand healing.
With decades of experience—both lived and professional—Kelly has designed accredited trauma-informed training programs for occupational therapists, mental health professionals, yoga instructors, and legal experts —bridging worlds that rarely speak the same language. Her work is rooted in the belief that self-care isn’t separate from systems and corporations—it’s how we transform them. Her unique ability to connect self-care to larger systems makes her a powerful ally for individuals and institutions ready to heal from the inside out.
Kelly is also the author of a three-part autobiographical book series, Truth, Liberty & Justice for All, and the host of The Unfinished Human podcast, where she dives deep into trauma recovery, nervous system healing, and storytelling that matters. Known as a graceful fighter, Kelly brings courage, empathy, and fierce integrity to every room she walks into. Her mission is to alchemize pain into purpose—and help others do the same. She meets you where you are, and walks beside you as you rise.
