This training is both virtual and in person and is organized into chakras in an ascending order from root to crown, from the foundations of yoga to the teachings of yoga. Delve deep into the history and the rich traditions of yoga. Study the human body, and the different styles of yoga. Find your voice, grow your practice, and teach with confidence.
The 50-hour trauma-informed curriculum is designed to help you understand trauma and how it affects the mind, body, and soul. This training will help you to become aware of yourself and your behavior and become a more trauma-informed human, which will not only help you but will also help your family and friends, in your career and your classes, and in society.
You are required to attend yoga and meditation classes. They can be virtual and/or in person. Includes a 3-month membership at Circle of Life Yoga with free classes and workshops, virtual and in person. The training is self-paced, however we will meet in the studio for discussion and practice. Your certificate will be awarded once all the assignments have been completed.
Our role is to help you feel your body and quiet your mind so that you can hear your own soul speaking. What you choose to do with yoga and what you find about yourself is your journey. A happy and joyful life is a life spent learning, seeking, and making connections.

Take a deep dive into yoga, your self, your body, your mind, and your soul. Embrace, love, and accept what you shall find. The virtual, self-paced program is organized into blocks that deepen your knowledge and refine your skills. Each block builds layer by layer to enhance expertise, confidence, and authenticity.
