Gentle Yoga for Women
This class is designed specifically for women who are new to yoga. Here, the class conforms to you not the other way around. We use supportive props like chairs, bolsters, blocks, blankets, and straps to help you feel safe, stable, and comfortable in each pose.
There’s no need to feel intimidated or worried about being new to yoga, or about starting later in life. This is a judgment-free space, where everyone is encouraged to listen to their body and move in a way that feels good.
Our goal is to help you build strength, flexibility, and peace of mind, all while feeling supported and confident. This class offers a chance to connect with other women just like you, in a class that is designed to nurture and empower you right where you are.
